Adult Kickboxing Classes

The kickboxing classes are aimed at men and women with no prior training or experience in martial arts. You don’t need to be young, fit, or strong; you just need to want to learn some valuable personal security skills. We speak to A LOT of adults who would love to take up martial arts, but feel they’re too old or too unfit. Quite a lot of adults are a bit too self conscious to join in with a class full of experienced students, and sometimes they find the class a little bit too hard because they’re in with people who are fitter and who’ve been training for a while.

We have regular specially designed kickboxing classes for beginners.

Our School has a unique friendly atmosphere that makes every beginner feel welcome and part of the family. Our programs are unlike any other school, they have specific levels of grade to be aimed for, and can easily be reached with the right training and commitment.
